drat

I have to say that I am saddened by the "loss" of our treehouse. Stu's dad built it years ago when he and Mom lived with us for a few months. Dad had a good time building it, and the boys used it when they were young. Kelli and Jared used it with their friends, occasionally.( Jared and his friend actually put in the windows..) Our grandkids have"looked" at it, but it hasn't been used that much, recently. Stu had to put a new 4x4 in to keep it up last year. Guess it wasn't enough. Sad, very sad for me. ( Stu says the weight of the snow did it)

I am also putting a picture of Stu and his shoes on my blog. This is what happens when you get up in the morning, get dressed for work and don't turn on the light. ( he was being nice to me and not waking me up while he got dressed, etc....)

I have done this before, but it was light- I just wasn't paying attention. ANYWAY, thought you might smile about it, as I did!!

So sad about the tree house! I know Timm had lots of fun in it.

Jared definately played in it more than me. I wasn't allowed in with Erik and Timm and when Jared used it I went in a bit, but it was always slightly damp and covered in spiderwebs. I was just waiting for real windows or something I guess. Too bad. As for Dad and his shoes... hehe, yeah, it seems like something Dad would do. :)

Yes, so sad. It'll look so empty there now!
As for the Dad thing-- I agree with Kelli. :)

I remember how jealous my brothers were that you guys had a cool tree house. I wish things would last forever. I had a good laugh at the shoes. Thank Stu for making my day even if it was an inconvience for his.

Well, if you guys want a new one, I'm sure something could be worked out when we're 1. industrious, and 2. bored.

In all the years we'd come over to play, I don't think I ever went in the tree house...probably because Kelli told me about the dampness and spiderwebs. :) And... I've heard of putting 2 different socks on, but shoes? That's halarious. :)
